I have successful track record in exceeding sales targets and maximising business opportunities within a territory by effectively implementing and executing marketing strategies. I’m on track to clock 12 years of experience in the Australian Pharmaceutical market, and 15 years overall including 3 years abroad. Over the years, I’ve honed in sales and marketing skills and developed commercial acumen. A can do attitude, strategic mindset and strong negotiating skills assisted with working my way up a diverse range of selling environments that includes GP Sales, Hospital Specialist Sales and Key Account Management. Working as a team were imperative to being successful in all of my previous roles and current.
My desire to work even more so strategically and collaboratively were the driving forces behind starting on a new career path in marketing as an Associate Product Manager. This role presented me with invaluable opportunities and insights into the commercial value chain. I was able to engage and work closely to most functions within the business. A true test for my key-stakeholder-management and prioritisation skills while working on major key projects for the organisation. This job demanded agility, sharp planning and executional skills were essential for the team’s success. My ‘Can-do’ attitude and ability to learn fast helped with climbing the steep learning curve for this role while my willingness to take on feedback and resilience helped to establish myself as a competent marketeer.
